Jamie and Maxwell partnered with Fierce Productions for our Coordination and Event Management services in Chicago, seeking expert guidance to refine their plans and ensure flawless execution on their wedding day. With most vendors already booked, they wanted a seasoned wedding coordinator to bring clarity, confidence, and calm to the final stretch.

Their vision? An “opulent minimalist” wedding—sophisticated, intentional, and deeply personal. The design centered around a crisp white and lush green palette, allowing each decor element to make a bold, elegant statement. High-quality pieces were used sparingly, creating a sense of opulence through restraint. Every detail was curated to reflect their relationship, with playful, heartfelt touches woven throughout the celebration.

The day began with a quiet breakfast at Meli Cafe, a favorite Chicago spot, where the couple shared dishes they love and played Wordle with their photographer—a grounding moment before the festivities. They then got ready in beautifully styled apartment suites at Sentral, setting the tone for a day that was both visually stunning and emotionally rich. Their first look at the venue was a breathtaking prelude to the celebration ahead.
