Partial Service Wedding Planning

This highly-customizable service begins 6 - 12 months before your wedding and is ideal for couples who enjoy being hands-on with their planning while still wanting expert insight, reassurance, and supportive guidance throughout the process.. If you’re looking for an experienced guide to help you thoughtfully tie together the final pieces of your planning, offer meaningful vendor recommendations, and step in to book when you’re ready, our Partial Planning package may be the perfect fit. This option includes everything offered in our Coordination and Management services below.

Coordination & Management

We support couples who are planning their own wedding as soon as 6 months prior to your wedding day. When you have a trusted relationship with your coordinator, it becomes easier to let go of the day-to-day logistics. Having your timeline in place before vendors start asking questions allows you to move into the final stretch of planning calm, confident, and ahead of the details.

We don’t do day of coordination, we’re here to guide and support your logistics every step of the way—even the details you didn’t know to think about. From managing deliveries to overseeing your wedding day and handling any last-minute troubleshooting, we ensure everything is executed to your standards so you can simply be present and enjoy. Our thoughtfully curated Micro Weddings that we lovingly named Little but Fierce is designed for couples who want a beautiful, meaningful ceremony without the complexity of a fully bespoke production. Perfect for celebrations of 50 guests or fewer, this micro-wedding experience offers a refined, streamlined approach.

This thoughtfully curated package includes everything needed to create an intimate and unforgettable day, without the overwhelm of endless decisions or unnecessary extras.

Planning & Design

• Concept and Experiential Design: We curate your experience and provide design, development, creative direction, and out of the box ideas that tell your story. We can also provide talent and craft performances.

• Wedding Planning Software: Unlimited access via our wedding planning software with comprehensive wedding planning tools such as a budget tool providing automated payment reminders, timeline planning checklists, planning templates, guest list, floor plans, tips and tools to keep track of your seating chart, timeline, documents, and all vendor contracts!

• Goal Planning Meeting: Initial planning meeting to discuss style, goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives.

• Budget Planning Meeting: Comprehensive budget projections and budget management throughout.

• Planning timeline: a customized comprehensive checklist to help you stay on track and on budget.

• Venue Sourcing: Identifying and securing the ideal venue that aligns with your event vision, guest capacity, style, and budget.

• Venue Tours: Thoughtfully coordinated, customized site visits to showcase the best venue options for your event.

• Vendor Selection: Facilitate choice of appropriate vendors (décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting, hotel room blocks, insurance, and more based on style, availability, and price.)

• Vendor Management: Work with designated vendors to carry concept throughout event.

• Scheduling: Set up all appointments with vendors for clients based on their availability.

• Vendor meetings: Attend meetings with vendors as needed.

• Contract reviewal: Make recommendations and review vendor contracts.

• Design: Color palette and theme development, styling tips and tools, and design board creation with mockups of tablescapes and other decor to create a unique and cohesive look for your wedding that reflects who you are! We collaborate on your save the dates, invitations, rentals, lighting, attire, linens, flowers, furniture, and day-of stationery.

• Custom invitation design: Work with our in-house graphic designer to create a cohesive 1-sided 5x7 custom invitation. Our team will mail your invitations and track RSVPs.

• Hotel block management: Manage and track hotel block reservations.

• Troubleshooting: Advisement on any challenges that come up while planning.

• Communication: Planning meetings that work with your schedule with unlimited email correspondence throughout the planning process.

The Final Details

• Timeline Planning Meeting: Review and plan every detail of your wedding day from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. Review vendor contracts, advise on gratuities and reconfirm all details.

• Final Walkthrough: Walkthrough your venue with your team to discuss floor plan & flow one month before your wedding.

• Logistics: A complete production and event timeline, comprehensive event checklist & contact list.

• Custom Timelines: Specific timeline for wedding party, officiant, VIPs – distribute and review at rehearsal or to a provided email list the week of the wedding.

• Coordinate Décor and Design: Work with the florist, decorator and other relevant parties to perfect the visual details of the day and assure proper and timely execution. Style personal items per the notes in the wedding checklist.

• Advisement and Confirmations: The week of the wedding we will review/confirm tools for self care, tips, etiquette, vendor meals, rider inclusions and all the hundreds of other details!

• Rehearsal: Direct or assist with rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, distribute timelines. Rehearse ceremony with your officiant and collect personal items.

• Onsite Coordination: Approximately 10 hours on day of event to supervise deliveries, set up, implementation & strike. Ensuring that your vision comes to life by directing of vendors, trouble-shooting challenging situations and attending guest needs and inquiries.

• End of Night: Return Checklist Items to Suite prior to end of service – or pack in car of pre-designated friend or family member.

• The Fierce Wedding Kit: First aid kit, sewing kit, snacks, Advil and more!
