Planning & Design

  • Concept and Experiential Design: We curate your experience and provide design, development, creative direction, and out of the box ideas that tell your story. We can also provide talent and craft performances.

  • Planning Software: Unlimited access via our wedding planning software with comprehensive wedding planning tools such as a budget tool providing automated payment reminders, timeline planning checklists, planning templates, guest list, floor plans, tips and tools to keep track of your seating chart, timeline, documents, and all vendor contracts!

  • Goal Planning Meeting: Initial planning meeting to discuss style, goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives.

  • Budget Planning Meeting: Comprehensive budget projections and budget management throughout.

  • Planning timeline: a customized comprehensive checklist to help you stay on track and on budget.

  • Venue Sourcing: Identifying and securing the ideal venue that aligns with your event vision, guest capacity, style, and budget.

  • Vendor Selection: Facilitate choice of appropriate vendors (décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting, hotel room blocks, insurance, and more based on style, availability, and price.)

  • Vendor Management: Work with designated vendors to carry concept throughout event.

  • Contract reviewal: Make recommendations and review vendor contracts.

  • Design: Color palette and theme development, styling tips and tools, and design board creation with mockups of tablescapes and other decor to create a unique and cohesive look for your wedding that reflects who you are! We collaborate on your save the dates, invitations, rentals, lighting, attire, linens, flowers, furniture, and day-of stationery.

  • Troubleshooting: Advisement on any challenges that come up while planning.

  • Communication: Planning meetings that work with your schedule with unlimited email correspondence throughout the planning process.

The Final Details

  • Timeline Planning Meeting: Review and plan every detail of your wedding day from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. Review vendor contracts, advise on gratuities and reconfirm all details.

  • Final Walkthrough: Walkthrough your venue with your team to discuss floor plan & flow one month before your wedding.

  • Logistics: A complete production and event timeline, comprehensive event checklist & contact list.

  • Onsite Coordination: Approximately 5 hours on day of event to supervise deliveries, set up, implementation & strike. Ensuring that your vision comes to life by directing of vendors, trouble-shooting challenging situations and attending guest needs and inquiries.
