The Alzheimer's Association Rita Hayworth Gala

We were beyond grateful to have planned the 2026 Rita Hayworth Gala for the Alzheimer’s Association. It was a grand celebration of all the amazing successes the non-profit has completed, while also being a night to raise more money for grander endeavors.

We transformed the Old Post Office into a large reception space with an eye-catching stage, grand curtains, immersive digital murals, and delectable treats and drinks for all. As guests entered the space, they were greeted by a live band serenading all the attendees. Hors d'oeuvres and purple bubbly cocktails were passed as guests got to explore the halls; take a picture at the step-and-repeat with live flowers, find the roaming photo booth, or start to make bids at the grand silent auction.

One beautiful detail was the immersive mural. We had a video of Rita Hayworth projected upon some curtains, and guests could fill out a digital form to share the name of a lost loved one from the disease. When the form was submitted, the name would beautifully appear with the dancing Rita. It was a subtle but heartwarming way for guests to remember and share someone important to them.

When it was time for the plated dinner, the grand curtains revealed the grand reception space with assigned seats and wine service. Matthew Rodrigues hosted the night of speeches, live performances musical performances, and heartwarming videos. When it was time to start the live auction for larger prizes, the mood lighting shifted to purple and G-Man Dellinger scored some big wins due to some amazing donations from the guests.

To celebrate the end of the night, Broadway star Adam Jacobs sang a few songs to sweeten the room, then Lakeshore Encores appeared in the crowd of guests and brought everyone to the dance floor. For those requiring a sweet treat, more passed desserts made their way through the crowd, or guests could decide to make their own little sundae.

Raising over 800k for the non-profit, it was a gala like no other!
